What could the reason be for the NRA to block ID taggants in gun powder. The Founding Fathers never heard of Taggants. Only bad guys buy gunpowder to hurt people, so good guys won’t have to worry unless they build bombs to hurt the innocent and in that case the taggants will lead the police right to them.
